I have a Acer Aspire One AOA 150 with Windows Xp Home. I want to try and dual boot it with Google Chrome OS. But before that I would like to try it by booting from a USB? Where i can find instructions for doing so ? I also want to know user experiences of AOA 150 users after trying Google Chrome out .

I built it myself from sources, using their instructions. Not too difficult, but a lot of steps.
You need to have the Atheros wireless, and not Broadcom. There's a sticker on the bottom of the case.
Unfortunately, it's not fast enough to play Hulu video without skipping, which plays fine with Windows. This is apparently a generic Flash-on-Linux issue; it didn't work with Ubuntu Netbook Remix either.
I appreciate what Google is trying to do. But when they finally release the official Chrome OS at the end of the year, I suppose the hardware will definitely be better, and offer a better overall experience. People will try to take the open source Chromium OS code and shoe-horn it into other boxes, but it will not be good enough.

Finally got it updated.
As I know lots of people have had a similar problem, here's what finally worked for me.
I tried the original Acer article: http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3332/~/my-aspire-one-aoa110-or-aoa150-battery-no-longer-recharges,-what-should-i-do%3F#_ga=1.49162149.204472489.1412504816
But this didn't work for me. I then found this article, http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/16654292-post37.html
I tried this with several different USB memory sticks, but no luck. I then posted here and was going to try again following IronFly's suggestion but UNetbootin didn't have the option to boot to MS-DOS and I don't have any windows disks to create my own boot disk.
I reformatted the stick and created a fresh freedos boot stick and copied 3310.bat, 3310.fd and the exe to the root of the boot stick. I then rebooted. This time instead of selecting freedos live only I selected freedos safe mode (no drivers) from the boot menu, purely on a hunch. This time when I ran 3310.bat I could see information on the screen and it showed the update was in progress, when it was finished the netbook rebooted. I went into the BIOS screen and checked the version number. It was now 3310. WOOHOOO!!!
